The Age of Caregiving Summit

Virtual Summit

Nov 14, 2026 | 10:00 AM EST

Caregiving Changes Everything. You Shouldn’t Have to Figure It Out Alone.

Caregiving can begin with a diagnosis.

A phone call.

An aging parent who suddenly needs more help.

A child whose needs change the rhythm of the entire family.

Or one small responsibility that slowly becomes ten.

Before long, you may find yourself managing appointments, medications, paperwork, family decisions, work, relationships, and the needs of someone you love while trying not to lose yourself in the process.

The Age of Caregiving Summit brings together speakers, experts, advocates, and caregivers to share practical strategies for navigating the realities of caregiving with greater clarity, confidence, connection, and support.

This summit is not about becoming the perfect caregiver.

It is about helping you better understand what you are carrying, make more informed decisions, strengthen family relationships, protect your own wellbeing, and feel less alone in a role that can change nearly every part of life.

Whether you are caring for an aging parent, parenting a child with complex needs, supporting someone through dementia or disability, navigating long-term caregiving, or preparing for what may come next, you’ll find conversations designed to meet you where you are.

You're a Capable Woman. Why Does Caregiving Feel So Hard? How to Stop Reacting to Caregiving and Start Leading It

Capable women manage teams, solve problems, make decisions, and handle competing priorities every day but when they become caregivers, those same skills often disappear into a cycle of urgency, guilt, and reaction. The problem isn't a lack of capability; it's that no one taught us to lead caregiving as a complex, ongoing job. In this session, Robin challenges the traditional view of caregiving and introduces a leadership framework that helps caregivers separate the job of caregiving from their relationship with the person they love, create clarity, share responsibility, and move from constantly reacting to intentionally leading. Participants will leave with a fundamentally different way to think about their role”and a practical starting point for changing how they approach caregiving.

Speaker Bio:

Robin is a caregiver leadership coach, consultant, and speaker who helps people stop reacting to caregiving and start leading it. She recognizes that caregiving is episodic it enters our lives through family, often unexpectedly, and without a job description, training, orication, delegation, planning, and self-management to the complexity of caring for an aging parent or other adult relative. Her message is direct: caregivers don't necessarily need more information or another list of resources. They need a framework for leading the work. Robin turns the chaos and complexity of caregiving into practical strategies that help people make better decisions, reduce reactivity, and lead with greater clarity and intention.
